§ 17:52-24 — Filing fees and costs of examination
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
In administering the provisions of this act, the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance shall receive, for the use of the State, the same filing fees and costs of examination as are charged or collected from banking institutions in like cases. L.1957, c. 218, p. 763, s. 24.
