§ 17:48H-9 — Fees.
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
9.A certified organized delivery system shall pay to the Commissioner of Banking and Insurance those application and examination fees as are established by the commissioner by regulation. L.1999, c.409, s.9; amended 2012, c.17, s.45.
