33.An organized delivery system which is licensed by the Department of Banking and Insurance shall be subject to the "Health Care Quality Act," P.L.1997, c.192 (C.26:2S-1 et seq.) and the regulations promulgated thereunder. L.1999, c.409, s.33; amended 2012, c.17, s.53.
