27.A licensed organized delivery system shall not be subject to the "New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Act," P.L.1991, c.208 (C.17B:32A-1 et seq.), and the New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association established pursuant to that act shall not provide protection to any individuals entitled to receive health care services from a licensed organized delivery system. L.1999,c.409,s.27.
