§ 17:48F-24 — Inapplicability of C.17B:32A-1 et seq.
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
24.A prepaid prescription service organization shall not be subject to the "New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Act," P.L.1991, c.208 (C.17B:32A-1 et seq.), and the New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association established pursuant to that act shall not provide protection to any individuals entitled to receive prescription services from a prepaid prescription service organization. L.1997,c.380,s.24.
