§ 17:48E-43 — Subject to review
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
All determinations of the commissioner made under the provisions of this act shall be subject to review by the Superior Court in a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ. L. 1985, c. 236, s. 43, eff. July 15, 1985.
