22.Coverage of an unmarried child, covered prior to attainment of age 19 by an individual contract under which coverage terminates at a specified age, who is incapable of self-sustaining employment by reason of intellectual disability or physical handicap and who became so incapable prior to attainment of age 19 and who is chiefly dependent upon the subscriber for support and maintenance, shall not terminate while the contract remains in force and the dependent remains in that condition, if the subscriber has within 31 days of the dependent's attainment of the termination age submitted proof of the dependent's incapacity as described herein. The provisions of this section shall not apply retrospectively or prospectively to require a health service corporation to insure as a covered depend
