§ 17:48C-35 — Liberal construction
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
This act shall be liberally construed to the end that its objectives may be achieved with maximum flexibility and variety. L.1968, c. 305, s. 35, eff. Sept. 26, 1968.
