Text
The provisions of the act to which this act is a supplement shall apply to group contracts except that sections 5, 6, 7 and 10 of such act shall not apply. The word "subscriber" as used in said act means the policyholder under a group contract where the context so requires. L.1964, c. 105, s. 2.
