§ 17:3B-45 — Laws of State govern revolving credit plan, conditions
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
17.A revolving credit plan between a bank and an individual borrower shall be governed by the laws of this State if the plan so provides and the bank has its principal office in this State or makes its loans from a branch or other facility in this State. L.1996,c.137,s.17.
