§ 17:33B-58 — $100 annual fee to be assessed by Board of Medical Examiners.

63. The State Board of Medical Examiners shall assess an annual fee in the amount of $100 payable by: a. Each physician licensed to practice medicine or surgery in this State pursuant to the provisions of R.S.45:9-1 et seq., and certified or registered pursuant to the provisions of section 1 of P.L.1971, c.236 (C.45:9-6.1), except physicians holding a certificate of registration as a retired physician pursuant to that section. As used in this subsection "physician" includes both doctors of medicine and doctors of osteopathy; and b. Each person licensed in this State to practice podiatric medicine pursuant to the provisions of R.S.45:5-1 et seq. and registered pursuant to the provisions of R.S.45:5-9. Fees imposed pursuant to this section shall be payable on or before July 1 of each calendar year from 1990 through 1996. Payments are to be remitted to the board and credited by the State Treasurer to the New Jersey Automobile Insurance Guaranty Fund created by section 23 of this 1990 amendatory and supplementary act.
