§ 17:33B-58 — $100 annual fee to be assessed by Board of Medical Examiners.
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
63.The State Board of Medical Examiners shall assess an annual fee in the amount of $100 payable by: a. Each physician licensed to practice medicine or surgery in this State pursuant to the provisions of R.S.45:9-1 et seq., and certified or registered pursuant to the provisions of section 1 of P.L.1971, c.236 (C.45:9-6.1), except physicians holding a certificate of registration as a retired physician pursuant to that section. As used in this subsection "physician" includes both doctors of medicine and doctors of osteopathy; and b. Each person licensed in this State to practice podiatric medicine pursuant to the provisions of R.S.45:5-1 et seq. and registered pursuant to the provisions of R.S.45:5-9.
