§ 17:33B-51 — Private passenger automobile insurance policyholders not to pay surtax
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The Commissioner of Insurance shall take such action as is necessary to ensure that private passenger automobile insurance policyholders shall not pay for the surtax imposed pursuant to section 76 of this 1990 amendatory and supplementary act. L.1990,c.8,s.78.
