§ 17:33B-48 — Storage expense not included
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
No insurer or rating organization shall include any expense for storage of a private passenger automobile for more than 30 days into the base for determining private passenger automobile insurance rates used or to be used in this State. L.1990,c.8,s.61.
