The Commissioner of Insurance is authorized to order reductions in the base rates of comprehensive, collision, physical damage, or any combination of these coverages, as appropriate, for private passenger automobiles which are equipped with one or more anti-theft or safety devices which are approved by the commissioner. L.1990,c.8,s.53.
