§ 17:33B-38 — Report of wrongdoing
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Every insurer shall report to the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles any evidence of overcharges, improper repairs or adjustments or other wrongdoing by auto body repair facilities or automobile repairers. L.1990,c.8,s.46.
