§ 17:30E-24 — Severability

New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The provisions of this act shall be severable, and if any of its provisions shall be held to be unconstitutional, the decision of the court shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this act, except that the provisions of section 25 shall not be severable from the provisions of sections 13 to 31, and if any of the provisions of section 25 shall be held to be unconstitutional, the commissioner shall establish a plan for the providing of automobile insurance pursuant to P.L.1970, c. 215 (C. 17:29D-1). L.1983, c. 65, s. 36, eff. Jan. 1, 1983, operative Jan. 1, 1984.
