Twelve months after the operative date of this act the board shall submit to the commissioner recommendations with respect to the provision of insurance coverage to commercial vehicles through the association or a similar entity. L.1983, c. 65, s. 33, eff. Jan. 1, 1983, operative Jan. 1, 1984.
