§ 17:30E-20 — Regulations
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
In addition to the general powers conferred upon the commissioner by law and this act, the commissioner shall have the authority to promulgate such regulations as he deems necessary for the effective implementation of this act. L.1983, c. 65, s. 32, eff. Jan. 1, 1983, operative Jan. 1, 1984.
