§ 17:16C-96 — Remedial legislation; liberal construction
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
This act being deemed and hereby declared remedial legislation necessary for the protection of the consumers of this State, shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes and intent thereof. L.1968, c. 224, s. 2.
