Text
No abatement in the amount of the said license fee shall be made if the license is issued for less than 1 year, nor if the license is surrendered, canceled or revoked prior to the expiration of the period for which such license was issued. Every license shall expire on December 31 of each year. L.1960, c. 40, p. 147, s. 9.
