Text

The commissioner shall have power to make such investigations as he shall deem necessary, and may examine the books, accounts, records and files of any person who is a party to or holder of a home repair contract. The commissioner shall have power to administer oaths and affirmations to any person whose testimony is required. L.1960, c. 41, p. 172, s. 24.
