9.No risk retention group, whether domiciled in this State or otherwise, shall be eligible to become a member of, contribute to, or derive any benefit from, the New Jersey Property-Liability Insurance Guaranty Association established pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1974, c.17 (C.17:30A-1 et seq.) or the New Jersey Surplus Lines Insurance Guaranty Fund established pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1984, c.101 (C.17:22-6.70 et al.). L.1993,c.240,s.9.
