§ 17:3B-4 — Short title
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Market Rate Consumer Loan Act." L. 1985, c. 81, s. 1, eff. March 14, 1985.
