Text
Those persons who do not qualify as "eligible persons" as defined in section 25 of this 1990 amendatory and supplementary act but who are in good faith entitled to, but are unable to procure automobile insurance coverage, shall be provided automobile insurance coverage pursuant to the provisions of section 1 of P.L.1970, c.215 (C.17:29D-1). L.1990,c.8,s.24.
