§ 17:13B-1 — Short title
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
This act shall be known as "The State Bank Parity Act" . L.1981, c. 4, s. 1, eff. Jan. 23, 1981.
