Said common trust fund, shall be designated as the Diocesan Investment Trust of the Diocese of (name of Diocese) and shall be under the management and control of trustees who shall be elected as provided by the canons or by-laws of the Diocesan Convention of the Diocese in which said investment trust fund is created. The trustees of said fund, and their successors, shall be incorporated by filing a certificate under the hand and seal of the president and secretary of the convention stating the corporate name, as aforesaid, and also the names of such trustees, in the office of the Secretary of State and, thereupon, such trustees and their successors shall be a corporation under the name and title so certified with the following powers: a.
