Text

After such change of name such corporations shall respectively hold, convey and administer, under and by their new name, all the property, estates, trusts, rights, privileges and franchises which they had under their former name, and may receive, hold, convey and administer all estates, gifts, bequests, devises, conveyances and trusts given or made to them by their new name or any former name, as fully and to the same intent as if such name had not been changed and such estates, gifts, bequests, devises, conveyances and trusts had been given or made to them by their former name. Such change of name shall not impair any legal liability or obligation of or to such corporations.
