Text
Any assets required to be distributed to any person who is unknown or cannot be found, or who is under a disability and for whom there is no legal representative, shall be paid into the Superior Court to be held for the benefit of the owners, subject to the order of the court. L.1983, c. 127, s. 15A:12-9, eff. Oct. 1, 1983.
