Text

(1)The Attorney General may bring an action in the Superior Court in the name of the State to enjoin a foreign corporation from transacting business in this State (a) without having first obtained a certificate of authority pursuant to this Chapter; or (b) of a character not set forth in its application for a certificate of authority or for an amended certificate of authority; or (c) after its authority to transact business in this State has been surrendered or revoked; or (d) after it is dissolved or its authority or existence is otherwise terminated or cancelled in the jurisdiction of its incorporation.
(2)The Superior Court may proceed in such action in a summary manner or otherwise.
(3)The provisions of this section shall not exclude any other ground provided by law for injunctive r
