§ 13:8A-8 — Manner of acquisition of lands by local unit with state assistance
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
Lands approved by the commissioner for acquisition by a local unit with State assistance shall be acquired by and in the name of the local unit and may be acquired in any manner authorized by law for the acquisition of lands for such purposes by the local unit. L.1961, c. 45, p. 480, s. 8.
