§ 13:8A-7 — Rules and regulations governing administration, operation and use of lands
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The commissioner shall prescribe rules and regulations governing the administration, operation and use of lands acquired by the State under this act to effect the purpose of this act. L.1961, c. 45, p. 480, s. 7.
