§ 13:8A-44 — Regulations by local unit governing administration and use of lands
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
A grant may not be made under this act until the local unit has adopted regulations governing the administration and use of the lands in question. L.1975, c. 155, s. 10, eff. July 15, 1975.
