§ 13:8A-41 — Rules and regulations governing administration, operation and use
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The commissioner may prescribe rules and regulations governing the administration, operation and use of lands acquired or developed by the State under this act to effect the purpose of this act. L.1975, c. 155, s. 7, eff. July 15, 1975.
