§ 13:8A-33 — Sale of lands to state by local unit
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, lands to be acquired by the State under this act from any local unit may be sold to the State by the unit at private sale. L.1971, c. 419, s. 15, eff. Jan. 24, 1972.
