§ 13:8A-32 — Prohibition of discrimination in use of lands
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
Use of lands acquired under this act by the State or with State assistance shall not be restricted by any conditions of race, creed, color or nationality, and shall not be restricted by any condition of residence except by direction of or with the approval of the commissioner. L.1971, c. 419, s. 14, eff. Jan. 24, 1972.
