§ 13:1L-9 — Closing of park; removal of persons
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The department may close a State park or forest or may remove any person from a State park or forest without legal procedure if the department determines that it is in the interest of the State to do so. L.1983, c. 324, s. 9, eff. Sept. 1, 1983.
