Text
The department may hire such employees as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act. Subject to the provisions of Title 11 (Civil Service), the department shall determine the compensation for the employees hired under this amendatory and supplementary act. The department shall employ the underprivileged, minorities and young people where appropriate. L.1983, c. 324, s. 20, eff. Sept. 1, 1983.
