Text
The department may, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), charge and collect fees for any of the services it performs pursuant to the provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act, and adopt any other rules or regulations consistent with the provisions of P.L.1975, c. 363 (C. 13:1B-15.12a et seq.) necessary to carry out the provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act. L.1983, c. 324, s. 19, eff. Sept. 1, 1983.
