Text
The commission and the department shall, pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the performance of their respective responsibilities pursuant to this act. L.1981, c. 279, s. 37, eff. Sept. 10, 1981.
