§ 13:1E-8 — Council powers
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
8.The Advisory Council on Solid Waste Management is empowered to: a. Request from the commissioner such information concerning the Statewide solid waste management plan or district solid waste management plans as it may deem necessary; b. Consider any matter relating to the improvement of the Statewide solid waste management plan or district solid waste management plans, and advise the commissioner thereon; c. From time to time submit to the commissioner any recommendations which it deems necessary for the improvement of the Statewide solid waste management plan or district solid waste management plans; d. From time to time submit to the commissioner recommendations of any statutory and regulatory changes deemed necessary to implement the comprehensive State regulated medical waste manage
