§ 13:1E-79 — Qualifications of conservator; investigation and report
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
The Attorney General shall investigate and report to the commission with regard to the qualifications of each person who is proposed as a candidate to serve as a conservator pursuant to this act. L.1981, c. 279, s. 31, eff. Sept. 10, 1981.
