Text
A conservator appointed pursuant to section 21 of this act shall at all times be subject to the provisions of any relevant law or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto, as well as any condition or restriction in the registration statement or engineering design for the particular major hazardous waste facility. L.1981, c. 279, s. 27, eff. Sept. 10, 1981.
