Text

In any proceeding pursuant to section 21 of this act, the commission shall allow a reasonable compensation for the services, costs and expenses in the conservatorship action of the conservator, the attorney for the conservator, the appraiser, the auctioneer, the accountant and such other persons as the commission may appoint in connection with the conservatorship action. L.1981, c. 279, s. 23, eff. Sept. 10, 1981.
