Text

The department and the local board of health, or the county health department, as the case may be, shall have the right to enter any major hazardous waste facility at any time in order to determine compliance with the registration statement and engineering design, and with the provisions of all applicable laws or rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto. L.1981, c. 279, s. 17, eff. Sept. 10, 1981. Amended by L.1981, c. 511, s. 5, eff. Jan. 12, 1982.
