§ 13:1E-49 — Short title
New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
Sections 1 through 43 inclusive of this act shall be known and may be cited as the "Major Hazardous Waste Facilities Siting Act." L.1981, c. 279, s. 1, eff. Sept. 10, 1981.
