Text

No person, including generators, may accept regulated medical waste for disposal within the State or for transfer to an in-state or out-of-state disposal site except upon authorization of the Department of Environmental Protection and payment of an annual registration fee in an amount set by the Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to a rule or regulation adopted in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act." L. 1989, c. 34, s. 10.
