Text
The commissioner shall vigorously pursue all Federal, State or private aid which is available or may become available for the processing or land disposal of sludge and shall coordinate such aid requests as may be forthcoming with the appropriate State, county and local agencies and authorities. L.1977, c. 328, s. 6, eff. Jan. 10, 1978.
