Text
All sludge generated within the boundaries of any solid waste management district in this State shall be disposed of in a manner which conforms to the Statewide solid waste management plan and the solid waste management plan for the district wherein such sludge is generated. L.1977, c. 328, s. 5, eff. Jan. 10, 1978.
