§ 13:1E-29 — Issuance of bonds or modification or renewal of contracts involving solid waste facility after effective date of act

New Jersey·Title 13 CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT--PARKS AND RESERVATIONS
a.The provisions of any other law to the contrary notwithstanding, no public authority, county or municipality shall issue any bonds or other obligations for the erection, construction, operation or maintenance of any solid waste facility after the effective date of this amendatory and supplementary act unless such erection, construction, operation, or maintenance shall have been approved by the commissioner pursuant to the provisions of section 17 of this amendatory and supplementary act; provided, however, that nothing in this act shall be construed as to limit or alter the rights vested by law in any public authority, county or municipality to fulfill the terms of any agreement made with the holders of any bonds or other obligations issued by the public authority prior to the effective
