No solid waste facility in this State shall knowingly accept for disposal a truckload or roll-off container of solid waste containing any used lead acid batteries. The owner or operator of a solid waste facility may refuse to accept for disposal any truckload or roll-off container of solid waste containing any used lead acid batteries. L.1991,c.94,s.8.
